Scottsdale & Phoenix Real Estate Market is on Fire!
Scottsdale & Phoenix once again lead the nation in year over year home value increases according to CoreLogic.
Home prices increased 12.7% with Seattle trailing behind at 11.7%, followed by San Diego at 11.6%. Nationwide increases showed an average of 8.4% gain in October, up 7% from the previous month bringing us to an all new high.
