How is your estimate different from Zestimate and other online services?
We are humans so our home value reports are all researched thoroughly and made possible by years of experience and local expertise. Online estimates from Zillow, OpenDoor, Redfin, or any online home evaluator using an algorithm in not a valid replacement for a comparative market analysis from a real estate agent. Zillow states that “they encourages buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow’s information by doing other research such as getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent.”
Many agents that work in a full-time capacity spend a lot of time dealing and negotiating with other colleagues “in the biz” and often form strong alliances.
